Worked on an international CMS software whose titles, links, buttons, reports, error messages (popups), and previously static code needed to be dynamically translated based on the logged in user in the system. Developed in SSRS reporting, .NET, Classic ASP and SQL.

Worked with Mortgage Warehouse Lending operations to refine business needs, develop business requirements, and translate those needs to technical requirements while communicating to programming team. Develop SQL stored procedures and related SSRS reports. Provide training and technical support to operations for IT supported company software.

C# ASP.NET application, web programming, web applications, and web services. The custom client driven solutions and ecommerce web applications were developed to interact with 3rd party APIs and web services, including PayPal, Google, and other outside merchant and data providers. Specializing in search engine optimization programming (SEO) making clean URLs that are friendly to Google that rank high on search engine websites. Programmed significant contributions to company’s proprietary CMS software. 

Sole developer for 2 brand new agent websites and user management systems developed using ASP.NET technology. Designed and developed SQL database, stored procedures, functions and DTS packages. Both applications saved the company $100,000 every year. Developed 7 new dynamic ASP reports with “sister” Excel files that reference the new reports, allowing the client to see the information real-time in either web format or in Excel where printing formats are easily manipulated. Developed a system for viewing and maintaining pdf files via the web using dynamic ASP pages and integrated SQL database tables, stored procedures and user defined functions.
